Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GeoRanks (“we”, “us”, “our”), including the GeoRanks Battle Royale experience and related leaderboards (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be able to legally use the Service in your location. If you are under the legal age required to consent in your country, you must not use the Service.

2) Accounts & Sign-in

You may sign in via TikTok (and later other supported platforms). When you sign in, we may receive basic profile information required to create your player profile (such as a unique identifier, display name, and avatar).

3) The Battle Royale & Results

The Service runs community matches and displays results on leaderboards. Match outcomes may include: placement, and optionally stats such as kills, damage dealt/taken, or survival time.

Note: Results are entertainment-based and may include randomized elements depending on game mode.

4) User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Impersonate others, create fraudulent accounts, or attempt to bypass verification systems.
• Abuse the Service (spam, harassment, hateful content, or disruptive behavior).
• Exploit bugs, automate participation, scrape data, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Upload or use content you don’t have the rights to (including avatars/images).

5) Intellectual Property

The Service, including branding, UI, code, and game mechanics are owned by GeoRanks or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

6) Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third parties (for example TikTok sign-in). Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7) Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the Service will meet your expectations.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoRanks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or abused the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
